You know what? I've been reading PerezHilton for a while now, but I'm trying to stop. He's just a rude asshole and he takes things way too far. I understand and don't mind people making fun of celebrities, but he's completely mean-spirited about it.
So I was very happy to discover one of my new favorite gossip blogs, Lipstick Bitches at http://lipstickbitches.blogspot.com/ 
It's snarky and hilarious, but not cruel. Too often Perez Hilton relies on immature humour to try to be funny, but it really gets old. Also, Lipstick Bitches does awesome ANTM coverage. So check it out, peoples!

Hmm, I went through an anti-perez phase a while ago, but we're okay again now!
I know what you mean though, he's just plain nasty sometimes, and the Britney posts do my head in!
On the other hand, I know that he is the one gossip website you will dish the dirt first. But heyy, I'm not picky, so I'll be sure to check this one out.

MOLLY...YOU are the luckiest girl I know right now!! (Well, maybe Alexa Chung is a bit higher up..to be Alex Turner's girlfriend..ahh what a joy!) It is my dream to see Arctic Monkeys live..just thinking about it makes me weak in the knees. What an experience it must have been. Was it as good as I think it was?? And then I'm talking orgasmic! god i'm so sick of perez right now, i'm also trying to give up my addiction to his site, i find that dlisted.com is much funnier and can still be quite harsh but has good coverage of gossip. thankyou for the new blog though... i'll probably become addicted to it just like the others

Perez is kind of a meanie, but I absolutely looooooooove the comments people leave totally insulting him! I LAFF AND LAFF MY HEAD OFF! THEY ARE DOWNRIGHT HILARIOUS!
And he's so into himself too! UGH! It annoys me to no end how he loves posting pics of himself with all these celebs and parties he attends. The nerve!
But once again, those comments putting him down do make my day sometimes. I know, I'm evil.
Thanks for the blog recommendation. I've been trying to give up some of the more negative blogs. I feel they are giving me a bad aura! But I do like dlisted...I think Michael K is usually equally mocking to everyone in an outrageous way. I love it when he says "this is a hot pussy" and it's a real cat!!! Also he is a, ahem, fan of Coco and any fan of Coco is a friend of mine.
normally i read ONTD for the extreme mess of information about just about everyone from sondre lerche to prince to linsday lohan.
oh, and i will stay tuned for your antm post! i'm hoping that lisa hits the dust.
