PRINCE'S SECOND WIFE SEEKS DIVORCE

Pop star PRINCE's second wife, MANUELA TESTOLINI NELSON, has filed for divorce in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The PURPLE RAIN star has never confirmed he was actually married to Testolini and publicly denounced the legalities of marriage after divorcing his first wife, MAYTE. According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Nelson filed for divorce on 24 May (06) in Hennepin County District Court. The petition filed by Nelson was the first hard evidence that the couple had actually been legally married. According to court documents the couple married on 31 December 2001. The divorce filing is expected to be sealed by the judge to protect the couple's privacy.27/07/2006 02:42

HALLELUJAH! I have been waiting for this day since I mentioned to Ally that Prince was my favorite singer and she said, "Oh. Well, he's pretty sexy, isn't he?" I just thought for a second and realized, "Hey, yeah...he is sexy!" From there, he just got sexier. Whenever people hear that I'm sexually interested in Prince, they always muse smugly, "Well, isn't he married?" and I just reply, "I'm waiting for the divorce." And it has arrived!
Though, I realize I sound very selfish. Mani filed for a divorce from him, so he is obviously deeply hurt. I feel the pain, I do. I cried when his baby died (okay, maybe it was a few years after, but it's the thought that counts) And 3121 was full of beautiful love songs, for Manuela, I presume. And they were beautiful.
But, as Julien (who is preparing for his own entry) said, I shouldn't let it spoil my moment.
