Aaaaah! It's the Big Day. Excitement excitement. And what a great picture.
So movie-wise, I had a great weekend. Saw five great movies, four with my lovelies (alphabetically) Michele and Nicola. Here's what I saw:
The famously twisted Frank Zappa's 200 Motels. Featuring Ringo Starr as Frank Zappa, Keith Moon as a nun, famous groupie Pamela Des Barres as, well, an extra, and Zappa's band the Mothers of Invention, mostly as themselves. It's definitely the weirdest movie I've EVER seen. And I've seen some weird ones.

Then we watched Barbarella. A fantastic movie. It's basically sci-fi softcore porn. It has one of my idols Anita Pallenberg (pictured above, in black). It was really good.

After that, we watched Alfie, the original. It has Paul McCartney's first fiance, Jane Asher (pictured above with star Michael Caine) It was pretty good, I feel asleep right before it ended.
In the morning we watched most of Little Rascals. It was brilliant. Hilarious and featuring my favorite twins.
Okay, not quite featuring. But I spotted them a couple times. They had maybe two lines.
Then last night, I saw the uber-brilliant and fantastically great The Royal Tenenbaums.
Favorite quote: Oh, man, I have no clue. It was so good though.
Don't forget to watch the Superbowl! Or at least the Halftime Show...
