olsen twins power......activate!

I'm taking time from my busy watching old episodes of Popworld on Youtube schedule (ha, that reminded me of "...get Marky Mark to take time from his busy pants-dropping schedule to plant a tree"), to return to an old love of mine...Miss Mary-Kate Olsen.
How long has it been? Days? Weeks? Months? My love for her has not faded. I did, however, find a rather alarming picture, though I think it's a bit old.
To remind you, she's 21, not a 74-year-old ex-hippie.
And according to their website, this is Mary-Kate's clothing recommendation for 2007.
I whole-heartedly approve. I would have a Christmas without a Christmas tree if it meant receiving this jacket. Unfortunately, it's from their haute couture line The Row, meaning it costs about $300.
I could get a job on the mainland as a lumberjack and guess what? I'd probably get one for free. But it wouldn't say "Olsen" on the tag, and if there's no Olsen, there's no point.

Her hair reminds me of Storm from Xmen. But I still like it.

Grunge is back? That jacket looks awesome though, especially how it's styled. I could see it working a lot of ways though!

Oh I really want the plaid shirt in the picture!!

I think my mother has a plaid flannel shirt thing that's kind of similar to the jacket. But, it just wouldn't be the same. I wouldn't be able to say "Yeah, this is from the Olsons. Yeah, they are the twins who made that kick ass movie series, The Adventures Of Mary Kate and Ashley."

I kinda like these shirt... specially when seen by the back...

and this photo of MK, it's not old. it's from the oficial 2007 photoshoot, they made last week. ash is equally blond, and i dont like it either.

Personally I don't like that jackets, I mean with that I'd not wear it, but I have seen Linda Lo. wearing it and it's mainly ok. You are so funny with the "no point" afirmation, hihi.

Her hair makes her look supernatural. Lol thanks for the suggestion.

please invite me to join this group. i dont think you understand how sad i was when popworld finished. I practically grew up on it.
I have a friend who is absolutely obsessed with lumberjack shirts and who would probably run away to be a lumberjack if she knew that they would take inexperianced girls still at school age.

She looks like a cheap bottle blonde in that picture. What was she thinking??? Thank goodness she usually gets it right. And the lumber jacket+short shorts=love.

Oh! And one more thing! :) Have you and your pop-cultured self seen the show CROWNED?! Oh my gosh! Soooo bad! Mother/daughter quest for the crown! Check it out! Haha!

that jacket is pretty cute. I wouldn't mind the shorts either. but at that price, I'd rather splurge on a bag.

I'm not sure if I can relive grunge, but that jacket is kind of great.

eh, the jacket just looks like a plaid shirt...

and yes, that MK picture makes her look like she's in her 70s

wowie that is a scaryyy pic

im sure you could find a jacket like that for a lower price. but it is oh so true that you would not be able to say "yup this snappy little plaid jacket (LPJ) was made by those homeless looking twinz that made a kickass adventure movie series!"
